「The Annual Meeting of the Ceramic Society of Japan 2019」　

Dr. Shirosaki attended the Annual Meeting of the Ceramic Society of Japan 2019@Tokyo (Kogakuin University).

「Thammasat University」　

Dr. Shirosaki visited with research unit members and had her lecture at International Symposium on Multidisciplinary Approach for Tissue Regeneration & Smart Materials, Functional peptides, Micrbial biotechnology, and Biopolymer for Regeneration and Medical Applications and Smart Materials. We also discussed about future collaboration with Professors from Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Science and Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology.

「UPM」　

Dr. Shirosaki visited UPM and had two lectures at Advanced Cell Culture Workshop in Cancer Reesearch. She also discussed with students about colaboration research and SAKURA science.

Dr. Shirosaki did Science Café at 2019Spring Fashon Express＠Fukuoka (Daimaru Tenjin). It was too cold but we comunicated about general biomaterials.

「IFAT2019」　

Dr. Shirosaki had her presentaton at The 5th International Forum on Advanced Technologies 2019 (IFAT2019)＠GIS NTU Convention Center (Taipei, Taiwan) and discussed with Prof. Wang and her students for next SAKURA program.

We conducted a study meeting with Inada Lab (Kyushu Univ.) and Iikubo Lab (Kyutech)@Fukuoka (Kyutech Tenjin satellite campus). Undergraduate students practiced their presentation for graduation theses.

Dr. Shirosaki attemded the Meeting Japanese Association of University Women, Fukuoka Branch and talked about the research at Torino UNiversity@Fukuoka (Nishitetsu Grand Hotel, Tou-Lin).

「SAKURA Science visitors」　

SAKURA Science "Asia collaboration research works about biomedical materials with used active learning"（National University of Singapore，University of Putra Malaysia，Zhejiang University，Zhejiang University of Technology，Xiamen University）, organized by Okayama University visited Kyutech. We had "Global Young Investigator Forum" and Dr. Togo Shinonaga from Okayama University and Mr. Wenming Peng from Zhejiang University of Technology introduced their research.

「SAES2018」　

We had The 6th International Symposium on Applied Engineering and Sciences (SAES2018) with University of Putra Malaysia@Kitakyushu (Kyushu Institute of Technology). Prof. Meng-Jiy Wang from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology had Keynote Speech and Mr. Phromsatit had his presentation. We also organized an event sessions "Kyushu Research Unit Workshop for Developing Future-Oriented Appropriate Technologies: What to do next for a sustainable research collaboration".

We had welcome party for Hsueh-Fang. After SAKURA Science, their comunication skill become much bettter. Please keep it.

At first day, every student was shame and worry about their comunication. However they established good relationship each other during this Program.
We received some comments from Professors for next year.

「SAKURA Science 9d」　

We vsited YASUKAWA Electronic Corporation to learn about the latest robotic technology. And we had a report meeting about this program and proposed future application using 3D printer.

We had farewell party and received a certification from Prof. Takenaka.

We had a special alert because of heavy rain. However, we experienced Japanese culture, Yukata, Ikebana, and Origami by a lot of kind helps.

We visited some laboratories at Wakamatsu Campus.

We visited some laboratories at Department of Applied Chemistry. We also received 4 lectured at The 5th Seminar for Young Researchers.

We continued the experiments and discuss about future application using 3D printer.

Kyutech students had an orientation about Kyutech and this Program for international students and each university has introduction.

We made some small samples by 3D printer from Kyutech and TaiwanTech.

We invited 11 students and 3 professors from University of Putra Malaysia, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Thammasat University under SAKURA Science "Establish of Sustainable Network in Biomedical Field and Encouragement of Future Women Leader" by JST. This program is for 3 years.
