2025.11.08-14:「Inbounr program at UPM」Dr. Shirosaki organized an inbound program at UPM by the Department of Applied Chemistry. Students visited the Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) and the Batu Caves as cultural experiences. We joined SAES2025 and four students had their presentations. Others had them at the Faculty of Engineering. UPM students showed their experiments on preparing polymer films. We also visited the solar system at FE and the Institute of Biosciences. Finally, UPM students introduced their research at the Faculty of Science Students discuss well with UMP Professors and students in this program. |

2025.11.03:「JAUW・Fukuoka」Dr. Shirosaki joined the autumn event of the Japanese Association of University Women, Fukuoka. We enjoyed persimmon picking and visited Ukiha Shurine. |

2025.11.01:「JSB Kyushu Block 2025」Dr. Shirosaki and Mr. Ito attended the 2025th Meeting of the Japanese Society for Biomaterials, Kyushu Block@Nagasaki (Nagasaki University). Mr. Ito presented his research results as a poster presentation. |

2025.10.24:「Welcome/Farewell Party」We had a welcome and farewell dinner for Augustin, Hairul and Kishan. Hairul and Kishan conducted many experiments as part of joint research. Augustin will stay for two years. We hope he will enjoy research and his life in Japan. |

2025.10.21:「Study meeting」We had a study meeting with Kyushu University groups (Dr. Inada and Prof. Iikubo) at Kyushu University Ito Campus. Undergraduate students had their research reports. |

2025.09.22:「Semainar at Iizuka」We organized Synthetic Biology based on Inoematics and Experimental Approaches 2025 at the Iizuka campus. We invited Prof. Manochantr as invited speaker from Thammasat University. UPM students also have their presentation. |

2025.09.17-19:「38th Fall Meeting」Dr. Shirosaki attended the 38th Fall Meeting of the Ceramic Society of Japan@Maehashi (Gunma University). She also presented her activities for international collaboration with women researchers at DEI Ceramic Cafe. |

2025.08.30:「Short trip」Dr.Shirosaki, Mr.Samsol, and Mr.Sivakumar had an experience making MISO. We learned how to make MISO and tried to make it by rice and wheat. |

2025.07.10-11:「UniTO」Dr. Shirosaki visited the Laboratory of Anatomy, Department of Clinical and Biological Sciences, University of Turin. Ms. SANDU practised her presentation for Master's thesis. We discussed the other three students' research projects. |

2025.07.07:「LIBio」Dr. Shirosaki visited Prof. Arab-Tehrany for our research collaboration at Laboratoire d'Ingénierie Biomolécules, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie et des Industries Alimentaires (ENSAIA) University of Lorraine. We discussed our first goal and future funding applications. Two PhD French students will help us. |
